🌐Consulting for the Bahia Connect 2025 Event - SENAC

Application: Supervision and quality improvement of digital content and integration of technological solutions for the event.

Solution Developed

Between November 2024 and April 2025, we collaborated with various SENAC Bahia teams and professionals to create, plan, and adapt planned actions for the event. Through weekly in-person and online meetings, we defined the interaction format and rules for each action, transforming all SENAC content into interactive, engaging, and attractive activities for the event's audience. We created the scripts, liaised with suppliers to align the script with the expected format, and supervised all development activities by third-party suppliers and SENAC's internal team.

Among the various stands and thematic spaces, we highlight the technology-focused actions:

• Interactive Totems with Quizzes, Games, Business Diagnostics, and vocational tests.
• Virtual Reality (VR) Goggles featuring 360-degree videos of the Bahia Gastronomy Museum and SENAC Bahia's fashion courses.
• Automaton Circuit with Robots, including a game where participants had to answer a question by building a track to the correct destination, then activating a robot that moved automatically by recognizing the assembled track.
• Interactive Voice-Controlled Humanoid Robots with artificial intelligence that conversed and responded to people's commands and questions.
• Virtual Graffiti: An interactive virtual space where people simulated using a spray can to draw.

Results

• Engagement of over 30,000 participants.
• Creation of learning and inspiration moments for public school youth.
• Transformation of Senac Bahia's content into interactive and engaging experiences.
