Felix Costa

CTO - Leads and supervises the technical development of products and solutions.

Graduated in Information Systems in 2018. Specialist in full stack, mobile, database and infrastructure development since 2013. Joined Sotero Tech in 2015 as an intern, became an employee and became a partner of Sotero Tech in 2018.

Fernando Cruz

COO - Focuses on daily operations, ensuring projects are delivered as planned.

Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Hypermedia in 2005 and a postgraduate degree in Digital Games in 2011. Works in the development of digital solutions since 2001. Specialist in UX and UI Design, web development and 3D modeling.
He is one of the founding partners of Sotero Tech.

Mariano Maia

CEO - Responsible for strategic vision, general management and high-level decision making.

Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Hypermedia in 2005, postgraduate in Design in 2007 and in Digital Games in 2011. Has been working in the market since 2001. Became one of the leaders of the innovation community in Lauro de Freitas, Vale do Ipitanga.
